HDPE pipe and heat fusion

Jointing and installation for pipeline networks.

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe is used in various conveyance networks. Its selection requires consideration of the application, operating conditions and installation method.

Butt fusion

Heat fusion joints are made by preparing and aligning the pipe ends, then heating and joining them under controlled conditions. The procedure must match the pipe material and specifications.

Electrofusion

Electrofusion connections use compatible fittings to create a joint through controlled electrical heating. Cleaning, preparation and holding the joint in place are part of the process.

Network installation

We integrate pipe preparation and jointing with the route and construction method. HDD installations also require an assessment of the pipe's suitability for the installation loads.
